100 Words on How To Accomplish Big Things

Start with an audience in mind. Who am I helping? Choose an audience
you’re already part of! It’s like a cheat code for business.

Then: What’s at stake if I give up, or fail to do the work? This helps
when distractions or shinier objects inevitably appear.

Break the work into tiny chunks. When you think, “I don’t know where
to start,” the chunks are not small enough.

The internet loves overnight successes: they are a lie, a distraction.
Your work WILL take time. Give it time.

Do the work. Ship it. Do more work. Iterate.
