Why this is

This account is to call attention to and collect stories about the takeover of our police functions by MAGA. They have morphed into a vigilante surveillance network which deliberately targets the police at innocents for spurious investigations.

Please link your story in comments to this story. Remember this is about us, about building a critical mass of people to take action, and about getting a case through the courts that sets laws for all our protection. The more stories (esp. with good leads for investigation), the better.

Finding targets for vigilante vengeance is central to the nature of the MAGA coalition (MAGA, QAnon, and militia and extremist groups). They are grievance-driven, constantly told that others are attacking American and them, and the only answer is to take control and purge the offensive people from society. (QAnon literally believes this means killing them when they execute “the storm”.)

MAGA tried illegal violence in the end years of Trump’s office, and it failed. So now they are actively seeking to gain the power of legal violence. The police.

MAGA has formed itself into a vigilante surveillance network that actively identifies, shares information about, and targets “the enemy” with mass reports to the police to try to trigger investigations.

This is stalking, conspiracy to commit stalking, possibly cyberstalking, and false reporting to police tip lines. All illegal … but when did you last hear about the police taking a MAGA supporter to task for it?

Understand, where no clear law exists to force our justice system to act, victims must use their standing to bring criminals to court. From there, the Attorney Generals and others in appropriate positions can take up the evidence for action.

So the key to beating this subversion of our police and justice departments is to get as many victims’ stories together as we can, to build the critical mass needed to bring some of these people to court for their crimes. When there’s a new situation, you need to set the laws right in the first place.

MAGA is creating this new situation. We need to be the ones to set the laws.

I’m willing to lead the way. I REALLY p.o.’d the MAGA in my area back in 2021. They (over)heard me saying in private that if I saw any gunned-up groups advancing on a statehouse, police department or any other government building, I would be in their way.

I’m not a cop. I will call the cops as fast as I can and hope (and pray) they get there in time. But if I’m put in that situation, with a gunned-up group intent on pointing weapons at innocent people in government — I will not stand by and watch innocent people being murdered and hear the sound of their screams while waiting for the police. I can’t live with that.

Yeah MAGA REALLY does not like to hear people saying things like that about their “heroes”. Or about how Trump committed manslaughter on over a million Americans by purposefully dismantling our WH anti-pandemic group, and how that absolutely deserves the death sentence, or … well there’s a lot of things that can be said. That I absolutely said. (In private only.)

Their response was exactly what you would guess, if you guessed “call the police and cast themselves and their domestic terrorist “heroes” as the innocent victims of an anti-American Antifa domestic terrorist and lie lie lie about how this guy is crazy and dangerous and should be locked up for everyone’s safety”.

And if the police won’t act on simple speech (said in private and only overheard by MAGA) because no threats were actually made, well MAGA will just have to spring into action and do the police’s job for them, won’t they.?

They’ll need to use their local networks to spread the news about the danger. Make sure every patriot knows to keep an eye on that guy where-ever he goes and call the police tipline if he so much as cusses to himself. Find anyone he knows and get info on him to back up their story. Get recordings of him talking in his home to see if he says anything that could be construed as illegal. Make sure the police they’re cozening up to know of their heroic efforts to keep America “safe”.

And make sure to share the results of all these illegal acts and rights violations across the MAGAscape, so all good loyal trustworthy MAGAmericans can be forewarned. (Kiwifarms was in full swing then, and they never slowed down on NextDoor, Parler, Facebook etc.)

And judging from the fact that plainclothes officers have made contact with me under false identities to assess me and my reactions to see if I really am a crazy dangerous threat, I am certain they’ve turned their paranoid delusions into false reports to the police.

So I am so VERY willing to lead the charge on this. I am under actual surveillance by MAGA “volunteers” and MAGA-sympathetic police. I have standing. I might be arrested on spurious charges as a result of this investigation.

But given how widespread MAGA is, I’m certain there are many, many more people they’ve victimized who can show standing. Maybe even enough for a class action suit if we can get everyone together, hear their stories and establish their standings for court actions. I’ll be happy to share lawyers with you.
